* Local director or nominee director fee annually RM 5000 (12 months), advance payment first 6 months RM 2500 (if needed to add nominee director), directly payable to the directors.
* As per bank policy have to deposit RM 10,000 - 20,000 (varies by bank) in Bank account after opening, which can withdraw after issuing of cheque book (not expense, deposit only)

  • Company with paid up capital not more than RM2.5 million (on first RM600,000 17% & Subsequent Balance 24%)

Best paid up capital for business
1 million is the best option for foreign investors & genuine businessmen, but for most of the licenses and ESD process joint venture companies paid up capital can be RM 350,000 & for full foreign RM 500,000.

  • For opening office or shop- Signboard and premise license
  • For Restaurant, wholesale or retail shop- WRT License
  • For Export import- Export Import permit
  • For opening a PUB or Bar- Alcohol License
  • For Manufacturing- Manufacturing License.
