Bellow 50 years old applicants liquid bank deposit need to show RM 500,000.

• Deposit in Malaysian bank account Rm 300,000 (after approval)

1. You must have own earning, can not do any BUSINESS OR JOB in Malaysia (we can only help you to invest legally as an investor only, under a company board or trustee).
2. Mm2h holders can not open business/current bank account.

Keep in mind

1. Children older than 21 years or married, can not get dependents visa under you.
2. Your dependents can not do work also, only can study.
3. Malaysian process should be done from Malaysia, to check the actual outcome.
4. Don't do any Malaysian investment, business or mm2h process from Bangladesh, India or Pakistan & from those agents who are cheating you only. You must do it from legally registered firms in Malaysia or advisors who are experts in these sectors or have genuine clients.

MM2H REQUIREMENTS LIST FOR THE YEAR 2020

1. Letter of Application: This is the Cover Letter where you should state the names of all people who are applying with you. Elaborate on key points like how you plan to support yourself in Malaysia and what financial alternatives you would be using for your daily expenses. We ca help to prepare.
   
2. A Copy of Resume: The resume should include, we can help to prepare.
   
3. MM2H Application form: This form needs to be completed by the main applicant and his spouse (if any)
   
4. MM2H Application Form for Dependents: This form needs to be completed by all dependents under the age of 21 years old
   
5. IM.12 Form (Social Visit Pass): 3 copies of the form (1 original and 2 photostatted copies) need to be submitted. You can download this form from the MM2H website or get it at the Immigration Department. Our own staffs or lawyers or licensed associates will help to fill up.
   
6. Passport size Photo: 1 passport size photo with a BLUE background
   
7. Passport: All pages that contain entry or exit stamp and passport particular pages with certification on the pages with personal particulars (copy of previous passport is required if applicant/dependent has renewed his/her passport within the last 12 months).
   
8. Letter of Good Conduct (LOGC): Letter of good conduct should be obtained from your relevant government agency or police authority in your country of origin.
   
9. Medical Report: This is an initial self-declaration on your/dependents’ health conditions.
   
10. Birth Certificate: Birth Certificate of family & kids.
    
11. Bank Statement: Certified copy(s) of latest 3 months’ bank statement /other related financial documents to indicate the financial capability to support your stay in Malaysia.
    
12. Source of Income: Show proof of offshore income amounting to RM10,000. Refer to the table below for more details.
    
13. Employed (working)Authorization letter: Applicant should authorize this letter to Malaysia My Second Home Center to verify the financial documents, job and salary with the relevant financial institutions.
    
14. Employed (working): Latest 3 months certified copies of pay slip. If your income is less than RM 10,000 per month, you can submit income from your spouse to support the application.
    
15. Employee (retired): Pension slip.
    
16. Rental Income: Tenancy Agreement.
    
17. Interest of Dividends from Investment: Recent 6 month or 1-year statement mentioning the invested amount or dividends received.
